“Everything was really good except that the water filling weight that they sent was constructed incorrectly and would not hold water. We are currently using a brick to weigh it down. I will be in touch with the manufacturer to get a replacement.”

“I do have to say that the colors on the flag turned out great and that the flag is made of good quality material but that is it! I ordered a 6'x2' feather flag and received a 5'x2' flag. I called customer service, who was quite rude I might add, I tried talking to this person and all he wanted to do was read his script to me. He didn't offer any assistance. He informed us that the flag is measured from the base of THE STAND!! Wait What!? I didn't order the stand because yall are raping us on it. And now you are telling me that the stand is where the extra height comes in at. I will not do business with you or send business your way. As a small business, I hate leaving bad reviews but not as much as I hate being deceived.”
