“I did a single sided feather flag and it was beautiful just what I ordered. I needed to make some changes and couldn't modify but it's understandable. I will order from you again! Thank you!”

“I got an email saying they couldn't use the picture that I submitted. I spoke with a rep as the email asked me to. She asked me to submit a high-resolution photo. I was told that my account would be put on hold and I should call her back when I was able to submit it and she would move our order on to the next step. That didn't happen, three days after talking to her I received a flag in the mail that is less than desirable. Not only do I have a product I don't want to display, but I was charged for it.”

“Even tho I was aware that I couldn’t expect too much for the price, I could never imagine it would be of so poor quality. I’m honestly so disappointed that I would never ever order banners from your company, not even if you would offer them for free.”

“I am disappointed with the customer service I received when ordering flags. I called and was pretty much told to go to website and I would be able to figure out the answers to my questions there. I do not think the website is user-friendly to navigate. I never did find the answer to one of my questions and obviously, the website is not user-friendly. As I thought I had ordered flags and poles. After the fact, via emailed someone confirmed that I had only ordered flags and not poles.”

“FLAGS LOOK GOOD BUT I BOUGHT POLES FROM YOU TWICE AND THEY END UP BREAKING AFTER THEY BEND WITH THE WIND”
