“The design process was simple. Shipping was fast. The only thing I would suggest is including the tie strap.”

“The finished product exceeded my expectations. The initial pricing on the website was a bit deceptive I thought, as it ended up being much more than the 'special' that was advertised, but I decided that I needed it. It was also a bit dicey uploading my own design vs using their design tool to create it, but it worked out. I'd definitely buy from these people again.”

“I didn't realize that I needed to order the ground pole separately. I had to then go back and order it and wait for it to ship before I could put the sign out. It would have been nice if a note or reminder popped up to let you know that it was sold separately. Other than that I am happy with my sign.”

“The Flag is Great, but I order the pole after the fact and that thing already bent in the wind, wayyyy to flimsy. I'd appreciate a refund, or a appropriately sturdy pole. I submitted a request through your service dept.”
