“I was hoping the flag was a little more durable and bigger, but I did order the size myself. The carry bag was actually made better and I won’t even be using that. I feel the funds to make that expensive bag should have been put into the flag and pole. It’s held up great during the high winds, but it doesn’t stay put, like it spins and the wording won’t face the right direction, I even move the base and it still seems to turn the wrong way lol. I filled the bag with water which is a nice thing to have but some of the water leaked out, it must have a small hole in it. I’m pretty happy with it, but for the price I wouldn’t order another.”

“The last order I place, you printed my design to the edge of the flag, to where the fabric folded over and was seamed. On this flag, you have not done that, so it looks unfinished and unprofessional. I am completely dissatisfied and don't know if I can trust you again. In spite of your amazing customer service, your quality control is lacking.”
