“My first file was not high enough resolution so they sent a proof to make sure I would be satisfied, and let me make the change, before they printed. Both the feather flag and the banner seem to be of good quality.”

“UPS lost my order so it didn't arrive on time. However when I called the company they made me a new feather banner right away and overnighted it to me. Extremely pleased with the service”

“My first order was fine and arrived as scheduled. Second time got the wrong persons order, rep was average, and I am waiting for my replacement feather banners, which were pretty nice and not too expensive. but $26 dollars in shipping is a bit excessive for 7-8 day turnaround on 2 cardboard feather banners”
