“my feather banner was done and shipped so fast - the next day - that they missed my request for an improvement I could not do. The replacement feather banner was not shipped until I called to inquire about it several weeks later. The customer service person was great though and I am satisfied with the final feather banner.”

“Frames came bent on the top and a dent in my main feather banner. Not sure if it was shipper or build a feather banner but called in with my problems and they agreed to replace them. Took a little longer than I would have liked to receive order but all in all pretty good experience, especially considering how much they were able to beat all competitor pricing.”
