“I did NOT rate this experience excellent., The feather banner took weeks to arrive, was butt ugly and not the colors I thought I'd chosen. I would not order a feather banner from them again. Don"t they have a design team? Wouldn't they look a a feather banner and say, "that needs to be bold, or something?”

“They did not like the quality of my photo's and refused to used them. I called twice and showed them they used the same exact photo's 3 weeks ago it was fine. It was a hassle to get them to build the feather banner. When I called I thought the order went through and it did not, I realized it because I received an email from build a feather banner asking for the order. I was then days behind and called the art department to push it through.”
