“I have two listings waiting on these feather banners. The most critical part of the feather banner still has not arrived 3 days past when they were promised. Now I have to make extra trips out and look bad to my clients. They did refund the shipping which helps some but I am going to spend more than that in mileage for the extra trips to put feather banners up. Doesn't even start to cover the damage with my clients.”
