“Ok, when it arrived, I was a little concerned. UPS was not kind to it at all, the box was ripped all the way down one side, I basically just had to reach in and pull the feather flag out of the box. But the feather flag itself was beautiful. Exactly what I had designed, and the stand and other hardware were all there, the feather flag came in a self containing carry bag, I didn't anticipate that, it made for a complete and professional unit. I think they'll be impressed when I put it up tomorrow.”

“package was late, not because of Build A Sign, but because of UPS. Once it arrived, one of 4 items was not working the same as the rest. I contacted customer service, and they were really great. Submitted a photo of the inoperable item, and they quickly dispatched a replacement. I will definitely use them again!”

“My overall impression of this company is good. If I have one negative it is in the time it takes to get the feather flag out and into the hands of the customer. However, I considered the wait worthwhile because I have been satisfied with the help offered by the company's customer service and ultimately, satisfied with the feather flag itself.”

“The custom feather banner drawing interface is a bit quirky but OK. Wish they had more fonts. Order arrived on time. Tracking is always helpful as timely delivery was important.”
