“Easy to design, but a bit awkward to make vertically oriented words (each character/letter needs to be created and aligned separately, which was a little tedious). Overall, great quality and quick turnaround, but I wish I knew the trim color in advance. I ordered a black feather flag, and the white trim along the pole was not very appealing.”
