“The final product was nice, but the process was a headache. The wrong proof was printed and I was expected to cover the price for the re-print. I had to spend a significant amount of time on the phone to get a "one-time courtesy" complimentary replacement, which should have been a no-brainer since it was not my error. Again, the final product was great quality, but not worth the headache.”
