“The printing is very nice and we love the stand, but the edge is frayed and was not clean cut and I am afraid I will be buying a new sooner because this is going to keep fraying until it looks bad.”

“The banner itself came out great!! However, the banner was jammed so we were unable to pull it out of the base. We ended up unscrewing the bottom to unjam it and then we were able to pull it up and open it.”

“I uploaded the wrong picture and didn't realize it until the next day, when the banner had already shipped. Their customer service was excellent and helped me get the right picture uploaded and sent me a new banner. We got the cheaper of the stands and while it is functional you can tell it is the less expensive of the two. They get five stars because the banners look great and their customer service went above and beyond to help me get my order fixed. Also, they are so fast!”
