“Banners look ok from a distance but the limited file size (20M) severely limited the DPI of the uploaded art such that the banners printed blurry. Given 78"x33" print size the maximum file upload size should be at least a few gigs.”

“The quality of the materials were good. I was a disappointed that my lettering was cut off from the edge on both sides. While they give you the opportunity to review the proof it was so small I could not see the lettering would be cut off. I think there should a bigger view of the proofs and more instructions for first time users.”
