“It is supposed to be able to retract... even be used again. The banner would not go back in and we tried to even go thru the steps that you you make to change the banner... still would not work. Customer service was NO help. They had no suggestions to repair. They did offer an immediate replacement or refund. It didn’t come in time for the event... it took over 24 hours for their first response then another 24 hours for 2nd response saying they couldn’t help us and would replace... 3 days was too late.”

“Banner doesn't retract evenly. A bit disappointed since we had to re-order due to a flimsy base and banner edges coming out of the frame. Printing is high quality, however.”
