“the banner itself is fantastic. the ordering of it was pretty frustrating as the website says that it has more upload capability for large banner files but it actually didn't work. please update your site to adjust for this issue. but loved how quickly it shipped and the quality of it.”

“One end of the stand was loose and fell of when I took it out of the beat up box. Likely dropped during transport. Inside the end cap there was an Allen wrench taped to the inside of the end cap. Not sure if that is something I should use - perhaps a set of instructions should accompany the stand if there are adjustments that can be made. Thank you.”
