“We'd ordered three retractable banners, with rush service. The box arrived on the day we needed it, and was labelled with a quantity of three enclosed, but there was only one retractable banner inside. They didn;t know exactly why that happened, assumed it was an error in shipping, and replaced the two missing retractable banners. Rush shipping was refunded, so that's ok. We'll use the retractable banners for our next trade show.”

“Process went well. retractable banner turned out to be not quite as "sturdy" of construction as I had assumed it would be, but that was based on my assumptions rather than anything they told me to expect.”

“BY FAR the best retractable banner company online. The quality and price are unbeatable. I bought a stand up retractable banner last year for $199 and the one I got from BuildaSign was exactly the same for $80 with the stand. Print quality was the same as if you went anywhere else.”
