“Purchased as a gift that needed to arrive by a certain date. Tracking information indicated package had been shipped and arrived. Recived a notice a few days later that package had shipped again. Turns out original package never shipped, and was left sitting in the warehouse. _x000D_ _x000D_ Customer was helpful and waived the shipping fees and refunded half of the purchase price, and redirected shipment. But package arrived a week later than originally needed.”

“Simple order came in 2 shipments. One was 17 days after the order the other 20 days after the order. No contact inbetween, except that I called after 2 weeks.”
