“Great product quality and great customer service via phone. The website could provide more useful options, like a direct link to upload large files, and an option to have a high-resolution pdf proof sent. Instead, I had to send emails to customer service, which took a while to get a response. However, when I called customer service via phone they were very helpful and responsive.”

“I don't like giving out bad reviews but it's important to share information if a business is letting things slip. I ordered two banners on a Tues for a weekend event and paid 2nd day due to my event's timing. When the products arrived that FRIDAY I got one of my banners and another customers. I contacted customer service and they apologized and refunded the shipping on the one that didn't show up. That was cool, but I still needed the second banner by the following weekend for the second part of my event. The service rep said it would arrive by the following Wednesday with plenty of time before I needed it. Today's Friday and the second banner hasn't shown up. The second part of my event is tomorrow morning and I have no second banner. I will be calling customer service tomorrow and I expect the second banner's price to be refunded.”
