“I received the sign and the printing is fine, but they put the grommets in the wrong place. I called and spoke with a representative on 6/3 who asked me to send pictures. I did, have heard nothing since. There is no ticket # "Subject: Ticket Received - RE: Thank you for ordering from BuildASign! Your Order Number is 600818218! I guess 2 business days in insufficient time?”
