“Was expecting just the shape of the vinyl like a cut out, not a big clear square. While trying to put it on the window, the paint scratched while trying to get air bubbles out. At this point I was so disappointed I had to throw it away, wasting the money I paid for it.”

“Purchased a custom vinyl decal, but received my business logo printed on a large sticker with a white background. This was supposed to go on our business glass door. I threw away the decal since I can do that on my digital printer. I needed a vinyl cut decal that has no background.”
