“I don't know why you guys keep sending me emails after months you screwed up my order you screwed up my order so badly it wasn't even when I requested and then when I file a claim you would only pay me 20% of what I originally paid your company is a waste the crappy product that you sent me I could have made look better if I went to Staples and I bought a decal sheet and put it in it printer myself you guys should be ashamed of yourself”

“I tried to contact the air dept by phone and email, to confirm the dimensions of the text I needed, I waited way too long on hold, my emails were answered , but by someone that could not comprehend the above statement, and just kept asking if I needed anything, YES, I actually do, and I spelled it out clearly, TEXT needs to measure 23 ½" long on the 26" decal, Well, they missed that, sent me decals with what was my best guess of size using the web app design tool, that has not grid or other dimensions to assist with. Great stickers, just need better customer support people , That can actually read and address the issues brought forth.”
