“For the first time in numerous orders, my proof was resized. This rendered my order undersized for my purposes, and worse, blurred the sharpness of the lettering to barely legible compromising the 450 dpi of my proof. Disappointed, I submitted the same proof to another decal printer whose final product met the expectations I had become accustomed to with BuildASign. I cannot believe your final inspector compared your finished decal to my original proof and decided I would be satisfied with it. I will place future orders with the other company who, by the way, has more reasonable shipping charges. Steve Holcomb”
