“Never again, I spoke with 7 reps, tried to format sign on the website, not user friendly, their rep couldn't do it. I got referred to art and graphics dept. spoke to their graphics dept.3x I was told they do truck lettering all the time?? I sent multiple emails back and forth but my order still got screwed up. After waiting over a week I received 1 sign. I was suppose to have 2 for both sides of my truck. I waited on hold every time I called. The last rep I spoke to told me you only ordered 1 sign, sure I did, I made it pretty clear with a couple of reps that this was for a truck and I needed vinyl letters for both sides. I spoke to the last rep and said just send me another sign exactly like the one I received, he said OK you'll have it next week. I took the 1 sign they sent and went to a local shop last Fri. I told them I want 2 signs it's Mon. morning, they called, it's done and so am I with Build a sign.”
