“This is not a car decal. You used the wrong paper on the large gloss paper decals we ordered. You used paper with no adhesive. And no one has yet offered to do a reprint on the correct paper. Other than that we love your company and expect to do a lot more work with you once this problem is fixed. We have chatted and emailed several times with no response to date. All prior orders were great. Let's get this fixed ASAP, please.”
