“They immediately refunded my order because "they had issues uploading my artwork." Rather than letting me know what the issue was and letting me send different artwork they just immediately cancelled my order and refunded my card. So I never received my sign. Very bizarre practice.”

Hi Jackie, There was a glitch with the order that prevented it from being able to be sent to print. This is extremely rare, but when it happens, our only option is to cancel and refund the order. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Sincerely, BAS Customer Love Team

“Just what we needed to grab that foot traffic. Sturdy, heavy, but easy to maneuver in and out of the office. Packaged well and shipped quickly would recommend.”

“The boxes were shipped to me without any of the 300 letters and numbers or the message board. When I called the company I purchased it from, they said that they do not take returns. They would give me a credit of $90 and call it a day! I asked to speak with a manager and they kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes, then transfered me to a survay and hung up. I called back again and spoke to a different person who agreed to refund my money and I threw the base that I received away. Now I still need a sidewalk sign! Frustrating!”
