“The sign itself was great. An aluminum sign as requested in the dimensions I wanted. BuildASign even told me when the image I originally submitted was too low-quality to produce an acceptable design in the dimensions I wanted. After I submitted a higher-quality image I received the sign in short order, and it was exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is that it arrived with a couple of bent corners. I feel BuildASign could improve a bit in how they ship their orders. Even a little bubble wrap would likely have ensured my sign arrived undamaged.”
