“The design process is very easy to use but it is somewhat limited. Rather than using your editor I created my plate design outside of your site, saved it as a picture then imported it. What the editor lacks in options is more than made up for by the quality of your product and customer service. The plate is made of high quality material rather than the cheap plastic one would expect. Also, the post office bent the envelope to get it to fit in my box. All I had to do was send Build a Sign a few photos and 2 days later a replacement was at my front door.”
