“As described the plate is of a thin metal. Just that I expected the lettering to be raised as a regular prison made license plate. Lettering is flat on the metal and painted. I hope that over time the plate's lettering, and color does not fade off. I would have paid more for better quality. The four stars is because it looks nice, not it's quality.”
