“The plates were just ok. We received them in a poly bag so a lot of the edges and corners were damaged from what we assume was UPS/USPS's fault. We think if they were shipped in an actual license plate size box (so they don't move around during shipping) would be best. Almost every plate had scratches in the print as well. We were really looking forward to these and planned to order more designs but now we're not sure what to do.”

“The quality of the work and materials is very satisfactory. However, the image I uploaded came out a little fuzzy, but I am sure that's because the resolution of the image I uploaded was too low for the size of the plate... my fault, not theirs. With that said, I don't remember reading a minimum resolution to ensure a crisp and clear image on the plate. Looking back at the website, there is a maximum file size, but no guidance as to resolution for clarity. Adding that to the website would be a huge help.”

“Service was great and the artists were so helpful. The only problem is that I thought I ordered a sandwich board and I just got a sign instead. Could someone call me - as I would like to order the sandwich board but can't find my design in the system. My number is 415-310-6435”
