The tool is a little 'old school' in terms of design templates, but at least there is the option as many sites don't have this feature. In the end the only way I could get what I wanted was to design in word, save as pdf and then insert and re-scale. The print quality was pretty good. I ordered 2 and when they came they weren't wrapped individually, so there were tiny chips on the edge. I wasn't too bothered, but should really be better packaged.

See remark above, about "tails" of left-hand parenthesis ought to face to the RIGHT. So I am now stuck with some dumbed-down English usage.

I love the way they turned out, but 1 of them came with scuffs and scratches on it. First, I don't think that is how they should arrive. and 2, does this mean they are not going to hold up well? Since 1 had marks just from leaving the warehouse and shipping.. Disappointed!!
