“Ordered the signs and shipped regular. The shipping build a sign uses has them start off with UPS and then they hand it off to the post office for final delivery. This shipping method is unreliable and slow. We were supposed to get the signs 3 days ago. I emailed build a sign and have not received a response. Tracking info is not reliable at this point. The bean counters are winning and the customer is losing. I wont buy made in America if this is the customer service we are providing.”

“Very fast turnaround and nice quality work. Not as high gloss as some pre-produced plates, but very nice overall. I would definitely use again.”
