“I used to be a customer. The policy of ZERO returns was an issue when I ordered a sandwich board (wrong size) and 2 signs (correct size). When I asked to simply return the unopened box with the sandwich board and order the correct size board, I was told no returns, after I complained, the rep on the phone offered a $30 refund, and would not let me talk to the supervisor that she spoke to. OK fine. But understand there are sign shops on EVERY corner in LA and all over the internet. Plus, I'm sure during Covid your business has more than tripled, you now have a Covid sign section, selling signs to people like us who are losing our businesses. Take a lesson from Chewy about customer service and returns. I can understand no returns for custom printed items. Now you've lost me and any other business person I interact with and you get a Yelp comment too. And I've bought from you in the past. Thank you.”
