“The sign was perfect. The package didn’t contain the Velcro tape required to mount the signs on the sandwich board. I called immediately. It took a week for me to get them. If my case was an unusual mistake, the response should have been commensurate: sent overnight. If it is a common occurrence, it should have been fixed long ago. It has turned what could have been a 5 star experience to a generous 3; i actually feel quite disappointed.”
