“Build A Sign has a good website that allows you to design a nice-looking sign. The signs themselves look good and seem to be of high quality. However, they promise what they cannot deliver and charge you for the privilege. I ordered signs that I needed within about 3 days. I paid a huge shipping fee ($80+) for expedited delivery. The shipping acknowledgement came and gave me an arrival date of 3 days, which is what I needed. Two days later, they notified me that it had shipped, but they slipped the delivery date by 3 additional days--twice as long total as first promised! So I paid a massive shipping fee and got nothing for it. Pure rip-off. If you have all the time in the world to wait for delivery, I guess you could try Build A Sign. But I won't be going back to them.”
