“The sign is fine but what the problem was the fact that this website is so bipolar. I was supposed to get free shipping on my order and ended up paying for $20+ worth of shipping I also was supposed to be getting a discount. When I called bc that’s the only way I could get in contact with someone the lady told me that the deal didn’t work for the metal frames and that it says it under the deal when logged into the home page. There was no disclaimer about metal frames not being sort of or or matter of fact any disclaimer. Paid over $100 for 1 sign and metal frame. Disappointed with build a sign.”

“It's pretty infuriating that as soon as I place an order, there's an immediate sale of 5-10% off of what I paid. This just makes me want to delay any order I make indefinitely, and I feel ripped off.”

“The printing was great, color was a little off, darker than it showed online, but it's not a huge deal. The large aluminum composite sign came with a corner bent, but I'm sure that happened during shipping. We were able to place the sign between 2 blocks of wood and hammer the bend out so it's fairly straight. The sign fit into the sign holder very well. I'm happy with it!”
