“Ordered sign , then tried reaching customer service. I then submitted a support request. No response. I then called early the following Monday morning at your business opening time and talked with a CSR who told me the sign was already made and shipped. I was then told I would be issued a refund that would take up to 5 days. 8 days later no refund.”

“I placed the order on 2/25/2022. The order supposedly shipped on 2/27/2022. We received the wrong signs on 3/3/2022. I reported on 3/4/2022 that we had gotten the wrong signs. Since then I have phoned, emailed, and electronically chatted with their customer service representatives and have gotten a different story from each customer service representative that I have been in contact with. One CSR stated that they had already reshipped the corrected signs, and gave me a tracking number. A few days later I checked back because according to the tracking number the package had been sitting somewhere in Texas for several days not moving. The next CSR stated that the previous CSR gave me the tracking number for the first shipment and that my signs were being reprocessed, and reshipped. BuildASign has got our money but as of 3/9/2022 we still DO NOT have the signs that we ordered and paid for and no one seems to know anything. Our signs pertain to an event taking place at our Baptist Church. The signs we received were for an event taking place at a Catholic Church. I've ordered from BuildASign before without issue. But as the saying goes "this one takes the cake" My next step will be to cancel the "mystery" order and take our business elsewhere if this issue isn't resolved SOON!”
