“When I ordered yard signs for my business I was unaware that the measurements were height by width. I spoke to someone on the art team and it was never mentioned. The design looked right (their design tool is easy to use and very good) so I completed the order. The signs were delivered super fast, but had the wrong orientation with giant white spots as it was designed to be wider than tall. I called customer service and spoke with a manager named Tessa who was super nice. She looked into the issue and they printed the signs again for us, expedited and shipped to me in 2 business days. Would highly recommend buildasign.com for your signage needs because of their excellent customer service. Thank you again Tessa, you will have my sign business always.”
