“Most of their orders are great, not this one. Paid for express 2day shipping. Items did not arriver after 4days. Called & was told they were lost in shipping. Customer service said they would reship & refund the cost of shipping, since items didn't arrive in time for event. Cost of shipping was has yet to be refunded (5days since call was made). Will give the refund another 2days and if it's still not gone through will be calling customer service back.”
