“I love all three of the signs I purchased!! I truly do!! I would 100% give your company five stars on those. However, I had forgotten to order my stakes when I placed my two sign orders. All good - I called the company, great customer service, and I ordered three stakes, easy. They came in a great timeframe so again, all good. However :( ... the way you packaged the stakes ... the way you taped them into the box ... the metal bars were taped and when removing that tape, they are all sticky and gross ... like really sticky and tacky and such a pain to have to work with. I'm sorry to say but they shouldn't have been taped to the box. I understand you not wanting them to slip and slide ... but why couldn' they have been wrapped the same way the signs were, and then the wrapping taped to the box? Why did the actual stakes need to be taped such that the residue remains. Shame as all else was really good.”
