“The sign was not what I expected due to no fault of yours. I received the email to approve before you shipped because you recognized a problem and I approved. I did not realize that the sign was white on both sides with only what I created in the middle. Again, no fault of yours! I have since ordered another sign from you guys that I should receive next week.”
