“This is a preliminary rating pending the resolution of the quality issue I reported on 10/25. I placed my order on 10/13. The process of creating and ordering was quite simple. Immediately after I submitted my design, I realized that I had used the wrong digit, using "2" instead of "3." I called customer service within a few minutes of submitting my design and very quickly received an email to approve the corrected design, which I did immediately. Initially I was very impressed with the entire process and customer service. I received notice of shipment on 10/19 and received my order on 10/24. The overall quality of the signs met/exceeded my expectations and I felt the turn-around time was great. The issue with my order is I received the initial design, not the corrected design. I called customer service and was told this was not an issue to correct and was sent an email to send a photo of the signs I received, which I sent on 10/25. I have not heard anything back yet. The biggest issue is these were signs for the upcoming election so there is a time limit. Even if the design were corrected today 10/30, if it followed the same timeframe as the initial order, I would not receive the signs until after the election. Once I hear back from customer service with confirmation of my refund, I will update my review accordingly.”
