“I am still waiting on a credit on the old signs, because I had some made with the help of one lf your agents previously, and they were non compliant because they didnt have the realtor logo or the equal housing logo. Hopefully I get the credit soon, as it’s going on two weeks and I’m still waiting on it. The new signs look really good though. Now I’m being told after two weeks, you said that you were sending a credit to me for the old signs and now I’m being told that it’s being sent to my credit card company only to have to wait possibly two more weeks beyond that to get a refund in my account. And then to add insult to injury when you gave me a refund you gave me the refund of a bill that had a discount code on it and then, when we went in to make the new signs, I didn’t receive any such a discount code on those, windows should’ve been discounted as well. So I should have received the same discount on the new signs windows were ordered. So that should be somewhere around $20-$25 credit as well. I shouldn’t have to wait a month to get a credit from you.”
