“Unfortunately, the signs we ordered were printed the wrong way. When I spoke to customer service, I was informed that the visual representation of the sign on the website when I uploaded my artwork wasn't accurate and even though the sign appeared correct from the draft I saw, it was in fact the opposite orientation. As a preferred vendor for our real estate firm, I would've expected the company to make this right and either provide new signs printed properly, or a full refund. They did neither, so I ordered the signs from another vendor and recommend for others to do the same.”
