“Yard signs were only part of the order. 2 feather flags were also ordered. Little to our knowledge the image did not render out on the flags, even though it looked good on line. A week after the yard signs arrival and we did not receive these flags after we called - Oh your order is on HOLD because of issues with your images. We inquired why had we not been notified or emailed about this issue and customer service rep could not give a response. The only thing she said was "you will need to send new pics and we will put it in the cue, but we cannot give you rush service because this issue was your falt."”

“These are terrible. They are not printed evenly. Some are correct, some are off-centered, some have white edges that are not supposed to, and some have bar codes printed on them. I have reached out to the company to try to get a refund or reprint but have not heard back yet.”

“Signs are great…But there was no small Velcro for attachment… even if you had to charge, it should be an option… Last we purchased we received Velcro, but we also got the sandwich signs… perhaps that’s the difference… Nonetheless, they should be offered… Thanks”

“The design turned out beautifully but when it shipped it was packaged so poorly that the 4ft x 4ft sign was punctured. There was no bubble cushion, it was just folded and thrown into a cardboard box. I was very disappointed because I paid as much shipping as the sign was just because of the size. My gosh... it was FOLDED!!! Not happy with this purchase”

“The signs were almost exactly what I ordered ... almost. But they were ordered on May 26th and delivery was expected by June 5th. That would have been great because I needed them for an event on the 6th. BUT ... I received a notification on the 5th saying my order had shipped. When I checked the tracking info it just indicated that the label had been created. I contacted the company 3 times over the next week. Finally I was told that the shipment had been -lost by UPS- and they were going to reprint the signs. When the shipment finally arrived on the 16th of June, 11 days late, they looked great. The impression I got from talking with the personnel was that they were helpful and willing to work with me, but I believe my order was overlooked in their system. It was not until repeated effort on my part that they agreed to reprint and rush my order to me. I am happy with the signs. But I'm not thrilled with the logistics.”
