“I had 1 sign that didn't look right. When I look at the end result to proof, it looked fine, so I'm not sure what happened. The blue didn't go all the way to the top like it did on the others. I would love for you to send me another one that looks like Ryanne sign. Claudia sign should be blue all over the top.”

“My signs were printed incorrectly and were illegal as a result. I’ve been waiting for a week for a resolution to my complaint after initially being told on the phone my order would be refunded in full. This was a reprint of an order. There is no reason for this order to be different from the original order and yet it was.”

“I ordered the Sign Rider holes as such: 4, 1/4 inch holes 16 inches on center and 3/8 inches from edge on top and bottom of sign The holes were actually drilled 3/4 inches from edge and cut into the QR code and text. Fortunately the QR code can still be read, so no further action is necessary.”

“I re-ordered open house signs. Job was printed wrong. One arrow would point towards the house and the other towards the street. They agreed to re-print and shipped me replacements to be WRONG again. Can't use due to one side of the sign being correct and the other wrong. Why doesn't production notice that when printing? Now I have ten signs that I have to tape over one of the arrow points. Very disapointed and will not order again.”
