“I orddered a two sided sign and got a one sided sign. I am dealing with customer service and after a week, the issue isnn't resoled. Now I am being asked to photograph the sign I received, which in my situation could take days. Clearly customer service is not reading my emails. I am left expecting that I am dealing with an AI mechanism and not an actual person. That is typical these days. I have been a customer of yours for years, albeit not a huge one. This is the first issue I have ever had.”

“My logo was fuzzy on one version of my signs but not on the other version though the logos used in the design were the same file for both. Otherwise, I am happy with the design tools and shipping speed.”
