“While the printed sign itself is the same high quality we expect from BuildASign, we were very shocked that after offering us a coupon for "$10 off" of the order, they doubled the price on shipping so really the discount was only worth $5 off. Very shady business practice and extremely disappointed in the customer service rep that simply left us with "It is what it is". If you can only afford to give $5 discounts then be honest with your clients vs trying to be sneaky with doubling the price of shipping and hoping they don't notice. TLDR: Sign quality good, company has shady discount practices.”
