“Paid for grommets in all 4 corners, half of them (6 grommets on three of the signs) were missing the backs. And they weren’t in the box, they were shipped to me that way. On top of that, a couple of the signs were also printed and/or cut CROOKED!! I can’t hang that in my clients yard! Messaged customer service immediately, they asked for pics, sent pics and it’s been three days and still no response, no credit, no replacement order en route. Terrible. Two weeks since my order and no signs I can use and I guess if I want a resolution I have to take the time out of my day to call customer service, who has had pictures for three days already…”
