“Throughout the entire order process, I thought I was ordering an A-frame sign that would stand on its own. When it arrived, it was clear that it was just a poster board that would need to be placed on an easel. The quality of that was fine and the customer service throughout was great, but I was disappointed that I did not receive what I thought I had ordered.”
