“I received my post with not all the parts, and I emailed the service email. If I don’t hear from them within 24 hours I will be doing a reverse charge because I received and incomplete product and the packaging looked as though it didn’t even come from their warehouse. It looked like something someone else had returned and they just through it haphazardly in a box and sent it to me. I’ve gotten thousands of dollars in product from build a sign and have never experienced this before. I’m quite shocked”
